How fast do you respond?
Within one business day, Monday through Friday. Most messages get a response same-day if sent before 2 PM HST.
Do you take on every project?
No. We have a defined ideal client (local service businesses and wellness brands, $250K to $5M annual revenue, owner-operated). If you fit, we move fast. If not, we will refer you to someone who fits better, no charge.
Is the Strategy Session really free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no card, no commitment. You leave with a plain-language summary of where you stand across the 6 marketing surfaces and the highest-leverage moves for your business.
Do you do one-off projects?
The 30-Day Setup Sprint at $1,997 is our one-off entry point. After that, monthly Care Plans pick up the ongoing work. We do not take ad-hoc hourly projects.
What if I am already a client?
Choose "Existing client support" in the form and we route to your account manager. Or reply to any monthly report email and you get the same routing.
Can we meet in person?
Most work happens over Zoom. If you are on Kauai and want to meet face-to-face, message us. We can arrange it.
