The problem

Your social media is where customers remember you.

Most local businesses post on social when they remember to, which is usually never. The account sits stale. New customers who check Facebook before booking see one post from eight months ago. Existing customers stop following because the feed is empty. You disappear from the daily scroll.

Posting consistently in your voice (not generic agency-stock graphics) compounds. Customers see you. Past customers remember you. New leads check your profile and see a real, active business. Google Business Profile rewards active profiles with higher local pack rankings. Everything connects.

The work isn't complicated. It just has to actually happen, every week, without you having to think about it.

63%
of consumers check a business's social media before booking. An empty feed is a no-go signal.
3 to 7
posts per week is the cadence that compounds. Less and you disappear. More and you spam.

What's actually included

Three platforms, handled end to end.

You don't have to think about social. We plan the calendar, write the posts, schedule everything, and keep your brand showing up where customers spend time. Each tier scales the cadence.

Monthly content calendar, planned in advance

You see what's going out and when, with topics and angles. Edit anything you want before it ships. No surprises in your feed.

Posts written in your brand voice

Not generic agency-speak. We learn your voice during onboarding and write posts that actually sound like you, not like every other local business.

Platform-native formatting

Facebook posts written for Facebook readers. Instagram captions formatted for IG with proper hashtags. GBP posts written in the format Google rewards. Not just copy-pasted.

Instagram stories included on Growth and Scale

3 to 5 stories per week alongside feed posts. Behind-the-scenes, daily moments, polls, quick updates. Stories drive engagement Instagram rewards.

Hashtag and tagging strategy per post

Right hashtag mix for your industry and location. Right tagging of local partners and locations. Local discovery without keyword stuffing.

Monthly performance report

Reach, engagement, profile visits, post-by-post breakdown. What's working, what to adjust next month. Plain language, no agency jargon.

Who it's for

Businesses whose customers scroll Facebook or Instagram.

If your customers spend time on social, this is non-negotiable. Especially for visual businesses where customers want to see your work.

Visual businesses

Salons, restaurants, retail, home improvement, real estate

Wellness brands

Fitness, coaches, therapists, holistic health, nutrition

Local service

HVAC, dental, legal, plumbing - anyone whose customers research first

How it fits the offer

Included in every Care Plan tier.

Social Media Management is part of all three Care Plan tiers. The cadence scales: Starter is 3 posts a week, Growth adds stories, Scale ramps to daily plus community engagement.

Note: Social Media is NOT included in the one-time Sprint, since the Sprint is a 30-day setup engagement and social is ongoing work. Most clients start social media when they begin a Care Plan.

Questions we hear

About Social Media Management.

Do you do TikTok or LinkedIn or Pinterest?

+
By default, no. Care Plans cover Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile - the platforms most local service businesses get the most return from. TikTok, Pinterest, or LinkedIn can be added as a custom scope for specific verticals (wellness brands on Pinterest, B2B services on LinkedIn). Ask during your Strategy Session.

Can I see and approve posts before they go out?

+
Yes. Every month you get a calendar view of what's planned. You can edit, swap, or kill any post before it ships. We post on your approval. Default cadence: monthly approvals.

Will the posts sound like me, or like every other business?

+
During Care Plan onboarding (week 1) we run a voice intake: how you talk to customers, words you use, words you avoid, examples of past posts you liked or didn't. We write to that voice. If a post sounds off, you flag it and we recalibrate immediately.

What about responding to comments and messages?

+
Starter tier handles posts only - you respond to comments and messages yourself (we recommend within 24 hours). Growth and Scale tiers include community engagement (responding to comments) and basic message triage. Scale adds active community building.

What if I have a sensitive moment that needs a hold?

+
Tell us. We pause posting immediately. Any planned post can be held, swapped, or replaced. Crisis-sensitive industries (legal, medical, emotional services) get an extra approval gate.
